Hello, I'm Anna Semenova, a medical doctor from Russia, with over 15 years of experience spanning cardiology, nutrition, and Ayurveda, alongside spiritual studies in Kabbalah and astrology.

About me
● I graduated from Medical School in Moscow, Russia, in 2005 and pursued a classical career as a cardiologist, earning a PhD thesis and accumulating more than ten years of hospital work and participation in international meetings, schools, and conferences in Europe and the US.
● In 2017, I moved to the Outpatient Department (OPD), where my work became more focused on cardiovascular prevention. I also started to practice as a nutritionist and then became involved in Ayurveda. It’s not only a way to heal but also a general knowledge about the universe and the human soul, which were subjects for me to explore.
● I read my first book on Kabbalah in 2006 and have been studying at the Kabbalah University since 2011. This is where I found the answers. Kabbalistic astrology and Vedic medical astrology are also additional tools that I use. Are you aware that food has consciousness?

About Ayurveda
- Ayurveda is an ancient system of medicine that is based on the principles of harmony between body, senses, mind, and soul. The word 'Ayurveda' in Sanskrit stands for 'Ayu' (life) and 'Veda' (knowledge) and means 'science of life'.
- Ayurveda allows us to find inner harmony and contributes to slowing down the aging process. With its help, we can achieve physical well-being and increase our vital energy. Irrespective of age and health condition, Ayurveda offers invaluable centuries-old wisdom to promote life and longevity. Originating in Ancient India, Ayurveda combines unique methods of treatment and preventing diseases.
- Each food product has its own unique qualities and properties delineated in Ayurveda, guiding Ayurvedic doctors in tailoring individualized diets. Emphasis is placed not only on maintaining macronutrient proportions and considering calorie intake (how much protein, fats and carbohydrates) but also on attention to the quality of food choices.

- Although modern medicine may often give immediate good results, it is mostly focused on treating the symptoms rather than the cause. To get long-term improvement, we need to work with the cause.
- I found Ayurveda to be very logical and helpful for my clinical practice, explaining the symptoms and filling the gaps where modern medicine did not give an answer. It also helped me to understand my patients' conditions better. A big part of Ayurveda is related to food, and I found this knowledge to be very useful.
- Ayurveda is a harmonious fusion of philosophy and medical science in which maintaining a balance between the body, mind, and soul is a fundamental principle. According to Ayurveda, each person is unique and has their own unique constitution, their own balance of doshas.
- Ayurveda says that before a problem appears in a particular part of our body, the whole system gets imbalanced.
